This workshop provides strategies and resources that will help participants assist individuals with disabilities in developing a disaster plan that meets their specific needs.
This free, small group class will meet weekly for six weeks, and will teach how to balance activity and rest, embrace healthy eating, manage stress, and increase confidence in talking about your chronic condition with family and friends.
