For organizations in the 10-county metro Atlanta region interested in providing aging and disability services, including transportation, case management, homemaker, personal care, caregiver services, kinship care services, congregate meals, home delivered meals, senior recreation, culturally appropriate information and referral, and/or elderly legal assistance, applications for funding from July 1, 2020-June 30, 2021 are open from October 22, 2019 through 5 pm on December 6, 2019.

EmpowerlinePRO is Georgia’s most comprehensive database of aging, long-term care, and disabilities resources for professionals, where you can find quality services providers statewide in just moments. This database allows for customizable searches and contains resources such as federally qualified health centers, hospitals, and in-home and case management services. EmpowerlinePRO subscribers have access to detailed information and reporting on a web-based, multi-device accessible platform. Providers in empowerlinePRO are thoroughly vetted and are required to meet very stringent inclusion criteria.
