Managing your chronic health condition can be stressful and challenging. Our virtual Living Well with Chronic Conditions workshop will give you the tools to stay in control and keep your health a priority. This free, small group class will meet online weekly for six weeks and will teach you how to balance activity and rest, embrace healthy eating, manage stress, and increase confidence in talking about your chronic condition with family and friends.
Join online over Zoom every week from 1pm – 3:30 pm est, beginning Thursday, September 8th and running through October 13th. The workshop is free and includes a copy of the book “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions”.
