

Overview
This is a small group, interactive workshop led by certified instructors. Details:
- Eight-week session October 4 – December 1, 2022
- Every Tuesday* and Thursday* @ 930am – 11:30am (*Skipping Thanksgiving week Nov 22 and Nov 24)
- Location: Shepherd Center
Participants will learn:
- To view falls and fear of falling as controllable
- 1-2 movements per lesson, progressively leading to completing 6 basic core movements and 6 advanced extension movements
- Breathing techniques that connect your mind + body
- Tai Chi principles including those relating to improving physical and mental balance
