Welcome to Redefining a Caregiver’s Journey Conference! Sometimes when you’re caregiving, it’s easy to forget and believe you can be in control of your life. The power of learning to let go, embrace self, create boundaries and experience redefining your caregiver journey.
The conference will empower caregivers with knowledge, support, and resources to elevate self-esteem and reduce stress. Being confident and believing you are enough begins with you. Providing the best you can, being able to receive, and valuing and recognizing the importance of your own self-worth is not determined by others, it begins with YOU.
Participants will hear from expert keynotes and attend breakout sessions on matters of mental health, self-care, financial resources, emotional resiliency, and enjoy simple hands-on self-care techniques, lunch, and chat with exhibitors and connect with others in a beautiful natural setting.
