Managing chronic pain conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and back pain can be stressful and challenging. Join us for a Living Well with Chronic Pain workshop. This workshop will give you the tools to stay in control of your pain and keep your health a priority. This small group class meets weekly for six weeks and will teach techniques that help you manage pain and related symptoms, cope with frustration and fatigue, improve mobility and flexibility, and more.
Join online over Zoom every Monday at 3 pm, April 4 to May 9. The workshop is free and includes a copy of the book “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain. Registration closes March 21st.
