This class will meet via Zoom – 2:00 – 3:00pm EST every Tuesday and Thursday for eight consecutive weeks beginning Tuesday, January 17, 2023 and ending on Thursday, March 9, 2023
With the expert guidance of a trained and certified Instructor (from the Tai Chi for Health Institute), you will learn beginning forms for the gentle martial arts exercise of Tai Chi (Sun style). Participants can participate standing or seated. The movements are taught to both left and right sides and with turns to move forward and backward to improve mobility and offer a variety of combinations.
