Overview
On the eve of National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day and Thursdays in Black (a global campaign to end GBV & Rape), this webinar aims to bring awareness to the challenges and unknown realities related to Black women contracting, protecting against and living with HIV.
We want to have a real conversation about Black women’s health and the related intersectional issues that play a part in the social determinants of health. Lastly, this webinar aims to offer a way forward, provide recommendations, take-aways and policy reforms to consider that may help improve the outcomes related to Black women’s health and wellness.
